Kidney stones suck! Regardless of the type of stone, they only occur when your chemistry is acid...as opposed to alkaline. First, stop eating purine-rich foods, such as soy products, seafood, red meat, etc.. Next, you have to change your body chemistry to alkaline, which means high oxygen content. Go out and by powdered Vitamin C in the form of "buffered calcium ascorbate" and a magnesium/zinc/calcium supplement which will help to deliver the Vitamin C. Do around 2000mg (1/2 teaspoon), 3-4 times a day. This will release oxygen into your blood stream. Also, buy fresh, or frozen berries....strawberries, blueberries, strawberries, cranberries (but not cranberry cocktail because of the sugar), etc and scarf them down.
